Honoring Life. Advancing Awareness. Saving Futures.
The Tracey Anika Memorial Initiative was founded in loving memory of Tracey Anika Hosea-Isokpan, a devoted mother, sister, daughter, and scholar whose life was cut short by Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension (CTEPH).
Through advocacy, education, and community outreach, this initiative is dedicated to increasing awareness of CTEPH, supporting early detection, and honoring Tracey’s legacy by helping others receive the care and knowledge that can save lives.
The Tracey Anika Memorial Initiative was created to honor the life and legacy of Tracey Anika Marcia Hosea Isokpan through awareness, education, and advocacy related to Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension.
Through remembrance and action, we seek to increase understanding of CTEPH, encourage earlier recognition, and support individuals and families impacted by this condition.
We invite you to learn, reflect, and join us in advancing awareness that can save lives.
